This sprawling, long-running exhibition features work from 29 contemporary artists and seeks to explore what constitutes contemporary Native Art. While traditional Native motifs such as canoes and textile patterns are present, the works are decidedly modern, incorporating contemporary issues such as refugees and climate change. Artists are members of tribes from around the continent, including the Navajo, the Cherokee Nation, and the Crow. The exhibition rotates the pieces, so plan on returning.
